On breath9.com we collect only the email address (and optional first name) you give us, with your consent, so we can tell you when the Nova Breath app launches and send you the free breathing protocols from the book.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page visits and referral source. We do not track you across other sites and we do not build advertising profiles.
We use your email only to send launch and protocol updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We never sell or rent your data.
The Nova Breath app stores your account and session data so the app works for you. You control your data inside the app, including deleting your sessions or your account. Nova Breath is a wellness and performance tool, not a medical service.
Only the companies that make this work, and only for that purpose: Supabase (our database), Netlify (hosting), and Resend (which delivers our email). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not buy lists.
If you email us or message us on social media, we keep the message and our reply so we can answer you and so there is a record of what was said. Where software helps draft a reply, a person reads it before it is sent to you. You are not talking to an automated system that sends on its own. To stop us messaging you on a social platform, reply STOP and we will not message you there again.
Email addresses that never become customers: up to 3 years. Messages and replies: up to 3 years. App account and session data: for as long as you have an account, and deleted with it.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. We answer within 30 days and we will not treat you worse for asking.
This is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Tell us if you think we have, and we will delete it.
If information about you is exposed, we will tell the people affected and the regulators we are required to tell, without unnecessary delay.
