Email contact@midtownbiohack.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Nova Breath account", and we will do it by hand.
You can delete your Nova Breath account from inside the app, under Settings, at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Deleting your account removes your name, your email address, your sign-in, your breathing sessions, your training progress, your breath and heart rate readings, and your meal logs and meal photos. Data Nova Breath saved on your device is cleared at the same time.
We keep two things that do not identify you: a dated note that a deletion occurred, and an internal security log of administrative actions with all personal identifiers removed. If a referral credit was recorded for a partner, the credit remains on that partner's account with your details stripped from it.
Encrypted operational backups are overwritten on a rolling seven day schedule.
